Local App Data

The app stores workpack content locally on your device. This includes workpack drafts and autosaved content, locally saved workpacks with section progress, notes and attachment metadata, imported evidence images and files, local export files generated for PDF or sharing, and local settings such as theme mode, export defaults, image compression preference, date format, and confirmation prompts.

This local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow. The app does not require you to provide any personal identity information to use it.

On-Device Storage

All workpack data is stored within the app's storage on your Android device. The app does not use cloud synchronisation and does not store your workpack content on company servers.

You can delete individual workpacks or clear all local app data at any time. You can also remove local app data through Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.

Export and User-Initiated Actions

The app may allow you to export, copy, or share locally generated summaries through Android system actions. This occurs only when you choose to do so.

Contact actions may open external Android services such as a browser, email client, maps app, or share sheet when selected by you. Those external services operate under their own privacy practices and are not controlled by the Company.

Security

Local app content is stored only on your device within the application's own storage. It is not held on company servers. Protecting your device, for example by setting up a screen lock or using other security measures you choose, remains your responsibility.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to restrict its processing, where applicable under law.
